Yes, At BLOW, your safety is our top priority!
To ensure your well-being, every new client scheduled for a colour or pre-lightener service must undergo an allergy test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment.
For our returning clients, if it has been over six months since your last colour service with us, we kindly ask that you also visit us for an allergy test.
We consistently verify that all existing clients have up-to-date tests when booking appointments.
Please note in adherence to manufacturer guidelines, we do not provide colour services to individuals under the age of 16.

Our standby appointments are offered Tuesday through Saturday. Simply call us on 01684 291465. If there's an available slot within 3 hours of your call, it's yours!
While we can't guarantee that your preferred stylist will be available, we assure you of a high-quality cut and finish, regardless of the stylist.

When booking your appointment, a booking fee of £20 will be required.
This amount will be deducted from your total due on the day of your service. Please ensure your booking fee is paid by the end of the next working day to secure your appointment.
We understand that schedules can change, so if you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Your booking fee will then be applied to a new appointment date within 4 weeks of the original. Failing to reschedule within this time frame, or missing your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. We do, however, apply discretion under special circumstances.
