Becky
I'm Becky, the one they call the "Boss lady". But I feel lucky to be the owner. I've had BLOW since 2009, and it's a great love of my life. I strive to share this passion with my team and clients. I've been a hairdresser for 20 years and I love every aspect of it - cutting, colouring, styling, weddings, working with the team, and most of all, making my clients feel beautiful.
As a Wella Master Colourist, I specialise in blondes and lived-in colour. I'm a Master Cutter who loves freehand short hair - so pixie cut lovers, head my way! I also excel in wedding hair styling; the bigger the better. Additionally, I'm the trainer, the motivator, and the one who sheds tears of joy when my team pass their exams.
Lacey
Hi, I'm Lacey, a Consultant at BLOW! I've been here for five years and love coming to work. There are many reasons why I love being a hair stylist. It's mainly about the creativity involved, the opportunity to connect with clients, and the satisfaction that comes from helping people feel confident. I especially love seeing the final results and making my clients smile.
Blonding is my favourite part of hairdressing, but I truly enjoy everything I do in the salon.

Izzie
Hi, I'm Izzie, a consultant at BLOW! My passion for all things hair ensures that no two days are alike for me, and I love it!
I specialise in colour corrections, hair extensions, bridal hair, and curly cuts and I'm always seeking new courses to expand my knowledge. Having been at BLOW for over 10 years, I feel confident in tackling most challenges, whether in the salon chair or on the shop floor. I maintain our stock inventory each week, train our superstar apprentices, and help out around the salon in any way I can.
When I am not working, I get to enjoy time with my lovely family. If you're ready for a break from mum duties and some well-deserved pampering, I'd be delighted to take care of you!
Shannen
Hi, I'm Shannen, a senior stylist at BLOW. I started my career as an apprentice in 2015, and nearly nine years later, I've completed my Level 2 and 3 NVQs, as well as a men's barbering course.
I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing, from creating seamless colour for complete makeovers to subtle upgrades. Cutting and styling allow me to express my creativity. I find joy in meeting people from all walks of life and serving a diverse clientele, including men, women, and even children who enjoy a hot chocolate while being pampered in my chair.
My goal is to make every client feel happy, comfortable, and confident with their results - because a happy client means a happy Shannen. Whether it's adding a touch of colour, finding the right haircut and style, or advising on the best products for your hair needs, I take pride in my consultations and aftercare. I ensure we can achieve your desired results and maintain them.

Hi, I'm Emma, a Senior Stylist at BLOW.
I completed my training as an apprentice in the salon under Becky and joined a team of talented hairdressers. Hairdressing is my passion—I love creating dreamy hairdos for my clients. Whether it's cutting, colouring, or styling, I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing.
In the past few years, I've developed a love for bridal hair. I'm excited about where this newfound interest will take me. There's nothing quite like making someone feel perfect on their special day.

Hey, I'm Connie!
I’m a graduate hair stylist at BLOW. I earned my Level 2 qualification last year after finishing a two-year apprenticeship.
I am deeply committed to hairdressing and continuously strive to improve my skills and be the best that I can be. Every day brings new, delightful encounters with customers or opportunities to catch up with my regular clients. I enjoy making their hair feel revived and beautiful again.
This year, I aim to work towards my Level 3 hairdressing qualification and improve my hair-up styles, particularly for our beautiful brides-to-be.

Hi I’m Elle and I’m one of the apprentices at BLOW, I’ve always imagined myself to be doing hair since I was little, I was always practising on myself and other people so at secondary school, I took hair and beauty as a GCSE and loved it, which has lead me to BLOW.
In the salon I’m currently practising and helping the other stylists while watching their techniques to help me become a better hairdresser. I also chose this salon as a workplace because of how welcoming the stylists were and how helpful they are in starting this journey!

Hi I’m Sacara, I’m 17 years old and the apprentice at BLOW!
I’ve always had a passion for doing hair since I was young, I loved doing my friends' and family’s hair as well as my own and am looking forward to what my future holds as a hairdresser.
My role as an apprentice involves greeting clients, practising new skills, and observing the stylists and their techniques to help me progress my skills and learn new information. I chose BLOW as I had previously completed my school work experience here and found everyone friendly and welcoming in the team.
I’m looking forward to meeting all of the lovely clients in the years to come!
Kayla
I’m Kayla, I work in the salon on a Friday and Saturday, around my university course where I am studying psychology. I love seeing the difference from when a client arrives to when they leave with their new hair do, and how much they love it!
My main jobs consist of greeting and welcoming clients into the salon, directing them to their stylist when they arrive. I’ll also be making the teas and coffees and specialty drinks we have. I also will be answering phone calls and replying to any messages throughout the day to book appointments and answering any questions.
Kirsty
Hello everyone, I'm Kirsty, the receptionist. I'm the first person you'll see when visiting BLOW, and I always welcome you with a smile.
My role is to keep the salon running smoothly, book your appointments, and ensure your comfort while you're being beautified. When I started at BLOW three years ago, I didn't even know how to turn on a computer! The team and our clients have been incredibly patient and helpful in teaching me new skills. Now, I'm very confident in my role!
I treasure our clients and always enjoy meeting new ones. I look forward to welcoming them to the BLOW family.
